Commentaire : Second stay here and again fantastic service, beautiful big room (junior suite) and great location. Friendleness of staff is second to none. Best hotel in Berlin.

Commentaire : Overall a great hotel, perfect location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and very quiet room. Slightly better knowledge of attractions/ tours by recption staff would be a good.

Commentaire : Well located in the heart of Berlin. Very nice decorated rooms with pictures of California. A very friendly and helpful Staff and the good breakfast made it to a perfect location for our Berlin-weekend. By the way, this hotel offers a WLAN access, which is free of charge! I will definitlely book my next stay there, as price and service compare with eachother.

Commentaire : A very good hotel in an excellent place. We were also welcomed by a complimentary wine bottle in our room and a very good breakfast. Needs better room sound insulation because on some nights I could hear music which went on up to the early hours.
However, I would certainly recommend this hotel and would be willing to stay there again if I go back to Berlin.

Commentaire : Amazing hotel, staff so helpful and friendly which made our stay. I was in a junior suite and have to say it was the biggest room I was ever in, with a large bathroom as well. Perfect location for us as we wanted to do alot of shopping. Can't wait to go back next year!
